Arise Services Pte Ltd aims to provide awareness and training on the importance of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Solutions and Life Skills Courses. Arise is Motivated to help build a healthier and safer community.

Arise Life Skills Courses are accredited by the Singaporean Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC).

Life Skills Courses include Basic First Aid, Standard First Aid, Child First Aid, Occupational First Aid, and CPR+AED courses.

Adapting to technology, Arise now provides Asynchronous and Blended Learning. Some courses are now available online so we can cater to students and professionals with busy schedules.

In addition, we have short courses such as General & Mental Health courses required for a healthier and safer lifestyle.

Courses Offered at Arise Services Pte Ltd

First Aid Courses

  • Standard First Aid
    • Standard First Aid Course (SFA) equips participants with the practical and theoretical skills and knowledge to react during an emergency to Adult casualties, perform Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and use the Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) while maintaining self-confidence, composure, and assurance to others.
    • This course is for both Full and Refresher participants. The duration cannot be further compressed for Refresher participants.
Standard First Aid
  • Occupational First Aid
    • The Occupational First Aid Course (OFAC) is approved by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). OFAC is for individuals who are required to meet the Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC) Act. OFAC is a classroom-based, instructor-led program with lectures and skills, hands-on training, and demonstrations being conducted. The course will educate the students on the critical skills in responding to emergencies in the workplace in current situations. The course includes occupational safety and CPR-AED modules to meet the guidelines and methods stipulated by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC).
    • Adapting to technology and adjusting to difficult times today, we now provide Asynchronous and Blended E-Learning. This will allow one to attend and complete the theory lessons at one’s own pace and comfort outside their busy schedule.
    • With the new Occupational First Aid (Asynchronous and Blended E-Learning), Arise have also incorporated Team Building Course Elements to encourage the development of interpersonal skills such as Communication, Leadership, Trust, Problem Solving, etc
Basic First Aid with CPR and AED Course
  • Child First Aid
    • Child First Aid Course (CFA Blended Learning) equips participants with the practical and theoretical skills and knowledge to react during emergencies to Child and Infant casualties, perform CPR and relieve foreign body airway obstruction protocol while maintaining self-confidence, composure and assurance to others.
    • It’s a mandatory course for both Preschool and  Childcare teachers

      • The Child First Aid Certification is one of the requirements for individuals to teach Child First Aid

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)

BCLS certification course teaches the essentials for emergency lifesaving instances like how to assess the state of the victim, how to provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), how to use the Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The course includes also the teaching of the participants how to remove foreign bodies or blockages from the victim’s airway, stabilize breathing and circulation.

Basic Cardiac Life Support + AED (BCLS + AED) Course aims to equip participants with CPR skills and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction for adult and infant casualties. The course will also teach you how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) on an adult casualty.

This is the course for Doctors, Dentists, Nurses, and Healthcare Professionals.

CPR + AED Module is included in this Course.

CPR + AED & Basic First Aid

This course equips participants with the practical skills in responding to a lifesaving situation such as performing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and working with the Automatic External Defibrillator (AED). The Basic First Aid Skills like putting bandages and responding to injuries are taught.

ABOUT CPR+AED COURSE

CPR + AED Certification Course aims to empower individuals to step forward and perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and use the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) when called upon. Many studies have shown that performing CPR and use of the AED can improve the chance of survival of the casualty. In fact, for every minute of delayed treatment, the chance of survival drops by 7-10%.

In line with Singapore’s effort to equip more people with CPR+AED skills, ARISE is offering affordable yet quality training using our high fidelity QCPR Manikin by Laerdal and Brayden PRO QCPR. This is in line with Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC) guidelines for all CPR+AED Certification courses to be equipped with QCPR Training.
