Yes, we offer various free courses if you opt for any of our paid courses. Our free courses are broadly categorized into General health and Mental health courses. Please navigate to the ‘Courses’ menu for additional details.

We are planning for a mass outdoor event and would like to avail of your first-aid services. Can you set up a safety booth for our participants?

Yes, we are always willing to serve the community and would appreciate such opportunities. Please contact us at least two months in advance if sponsored or honorary booth space is available. Additionally, please note that we will display our courses/services to the public.

Yes, we always strive to spread awareness about health and safety among our community members. Please give us a one-month timeline to get ready for your upcoming event(s).

We need to set up an emergency response program in educational institutes and community areas. How can you help us in ensuring the safety of our students and residents?

At ARISE, we have a team of experienced and certified paramedics and nurses. We carefully design our safety and emergency protocols considering the type of area and number of residents. We will provide all equipment, training, exercises, and lifetime customer support.

Training and Courses
What are the usual registration process and timeline of your courses?

We are constantly striving to make our registration process hassle-free for future customers. You can simply WhatsApp or call us for a quick registration. The course schedule and duration depend on the course. We usually provide training from morning to evening except on weekends or public holidays and there are three to four sessions monthly for several courses. If you are interested in joining as a group/team, we can design a schedule with mutual agreement.

Who will be the course instructor, and what teaching methods do you use?

Our instructors are certified and experienced paramedic, nursing, and safety professionals. The teaching methodology is straightforward to grasp for people coming from different backgrounds. Additionally, we provide practical demonstrations for all the life-saving skills, and participants must practically demonstrate the skills to pass the course evaluation.

Where do you provide all the training, lectures, and practical demonstrations?

All our training takes place at 808 French road #03-17 Singapore. Our institute is well-designed and properly equipped to provide quality services to our valued customers. If you are interested in online (Zoom) sessions, please contact us today and we would be glad to meet your specific needs.

We come from a company/industry with specific needs for training our employees. Can you customize your courses/training to meet workplace safety demands?

Yes, we are open to group training and cooperating with companies and industries. Our experienced staff will design a training session(s) according to your requirements.
